We know that active, healthy students are happier and learn better.  They also develop good habits that bring better chances of longer, healthier lives.

To help students achieve their best, the Ministry of Education has announced the introduction of Daily Physical Activity for all schools. Students in BC Schools will provide 30 minutes of daily physical activity up to Grade 9, and students in Grades 10 to 12 need to complete and record 150 minutes a week of daily physical activity as part of their graduation requirements.  More
