As part of your high school graduation requirements, you have to complete and record 150 minutes of physical activity for every week school is in session. The Action Tracker is an easy way to keep track of your physical activity and create the reports you need to submit.

• (To change your favourite list, see below).
• Select an activity.
• Go to the Minutes column. Type in the number of minutes you spent on the activity.
• Repeat for all your daily activities.
• Click Save once you are finished.

Use Fast Track
Fast Track allows you to copy and paste your previous week’s information into the current week. If you do the same activities week after week, this is a fast way to update your DPA. For example, if your weekly activity consists of a 60 minute soccer practice on Monday and a 90 minute soccer game on Thursday, you can use this shortcut. After using Fast Track, you can still add and delete information.
Ask for an exemption
If you are sick, away on holidays or otherwise unable to complete your weekly activity, you can ask for an exemption for the week.
• Look for the exemption box under the box where you record your activity. Don’t worry if you don’t see it. It will appear automatically every Thursday if you have less than 150 minutes recorded for the week.
• Click the day you need the exemption and type in the reason. This information will automatically be recorded on your DPA Report.
Create a Report
As part of the Action Tracker program, you must provide your school with a report on your activities. The Action Tracker lets you prepare and submit reports with the click of a button.
• Click the Create Report button.
• Under Select Report Period, select the start date and end dates for the report.
• If you don’t know what the reporting period is, ask your teacher or school administrator.
• Once your report is ready, you can Save it as a pdf file on your desktop or Print it. You can also email, once it is saved using your normal email program.
